It consists of three rooms: spacious hall with fine Italian furniture, comfortable living room, one bedroom and private access to the terrace. Room is equipped with two plasma TV and DVD player. Bed "Queen size", size of 2,1m x 2m. In this room there are two bathrooms (one – Jacuzzi, another - shower cabin).

Studio apartment - 9000 rub/day
Studio apartment consists of: small hall, cozy bedroom, kitchen and WC. This apartment include plasma TV, bed size 1,6m x 2m, kitchen set, stove, microwave oven, kettle, refrigerator, washing machine. There are two variants of apartment: on the first floor with bar, laundry and shower cabin, and on the second floor – hall and bath.

Placement is made from 12.00. Checkout - 12.00. First night is charged 100% of the daily rate. You can stay in the room for an extra charge, previously notifying the administrator:
Till 6 pm - 30% of the room cost
Till 12 pm – 50% of the room cost
After 12 pm – 100% of the room cost.
Payment can be made in rubles and credit cards (American Express, Visa, Euro/Master Card). Breakfast and using of the recreational complex from 3 pm to 6 pm are included in the room rate. The company is working on a simplified system of taxation and not paying VAT.
The cost of additional place:
- for adults and children older than 7 years - 600 rub/day, breakfast included
- children under 7 years - free
